Consultation and feedback

Your opinions are incredibly important to us. Not only do we want to find out about the issues that matter most to you, but we also want to use your feedback to help shape our services. This is so that we can make sure that our services are meeting the needs of our residents and businesses.

You can let us know your thoughts in a variety of ways, from completing one of our surveys, sending us an email or letter, speaking to us, or even joining our Let's Talk panel.

Let's Talk is the way in which we consult with you. We run regular surveys, which you can find a link to below, we run events and exhibitions on specific surveys, and we run our Let's Talk panel. If you join our panel, we will let you know every time we run a survey, and then it's up to you if you want to have your say.
