The Eolandra Brass Quartet will be performing a programme of specially written and more familiar pieces ranging from Handel, Scot Joplin to Queen. Special guests Kuckoo Theatre Choir will be performing a selection of pieces from the world of musical theatre.
This artwork is made up fifteen thousand individually handmade paper doves which are suspended above the Cathedral’s historic Nave. Each dove contains a message of peace, love and hope, written by local community groups, schools and members of the public.
Ahead of the exhibition over one hundred schools and community groups from across West Sussex, as well as the general public, will write a messages of peace, love and hope on their paper dove before being returned to the Cathedral for the exhibition, taking place from 30th September - 14th October & 21st October - 12th November 2023.

Showcasing one of the UK's finest collections of vintage Star Wars toys and original cinema posters, May The Toys Be With You is both a celebration of the now highly collectable vintage toy line and of the iconic design work and art of the original Star Wars movies.
A green therapy is the act of doing outdoor activities in nature for theraputic treatment.
Tickets to attend are £50, or £25 for livestream.
All meetings start at 7:30pm except January at 2:30pm in the Friends’ Meeting House, Priory Road, Chichester PO19 1NX. Meetings are expected to finish by 9pm (4pm in January). Tea or coffee and biscuits are served from 7pm (2pm in January).
Admission to every meeting in the 2023-24 programme costs £20 (£30 for couples) and to individual meetings £5.

Discover how people survived the winter months with demonstrations and hands-on activities.
The Band welcomes Brass, Woodwind and Percussion players of all ages and abilities. They have a popular and varied repertoire of traditional Brass Band music and marches, themes from film and television, old favourites and modern tunes.
On October 22nd, St Wilfrid’s Hospice are holding a dog walk from 10pm on West Wittering Beach. We would also love to see some dressed up dogs to fit the Halloween theme, with a prize going to the best dressed!
Bring along your furry friends and help fundraise to support the Hospice and make a difference to local lives.

The session is aimed at beginners and those returning to an old hobby after work. Good quality paints, paper and brushes will be supplied, just bring your enthusiasm. 9.30am (duration 6 hours) £37 per person / £29 RSPB members
People will be able to follow a musical map of the city and soak up the original sounds of local musicians at a variety of venues from midday until 10pm. The under 18s stage will kick start the celebrations at Franco Manca at midday, which will focus on emerging talent in an age group that rarely gets to be involved in festivals. Then, from 5pm people will be able to listen to artists and bands in The Escapist, The Fountain, Trents, George and Dragon, Little Monster Tap, the Hole In The Wall and Havana.
Get into the festive spirit and get creative with willow. Bring your own secateurs, but other tools provided.
