Voluntary Action Arun and Chichester (VAAC) is an independent registered charity that aims to develop, support and promote voluntary and community organisations in our area. They are able to give advice on all aspects of starting, running and funding a community or voluntary group.

Both nationally and locally there is a wide range of agencies and trusts that can be approached for funding by community and voluntary groups. Many of these schemes are available to organisations based in, or operating in the Chichester District.

The lottery distributors all operate larger grant schemes specifically focused on their strategic aims. Many of these schemes change during the year, you are advised to keep an eye on their websites and look out for notice of opening and closing dates in funding news bulletins.
