Lavant Neighbourhood Plan Referendum
A referendum will held on Tuesday, 18 July 2017 to decide on the following question:
Do you want the South Downs National Park Authority and Chichester District Council to use the neighbourhood plan for the Lavant area to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?
Applications to register to vote by post or proxy should be made to the:
- Electoral Registration Office at Chichester District Council,
East Pallant House,
Chichester,
PO19 1TY
based on the following deadlines:
Application | Deadline for receipt |

New applications to register to vote | Midnight, 30 June 2017 |
New applications to vote by post or to cancel or amend existing postal/proxy vote | 5pm, 5 July 2017 |
New applications to vote by proxy | 5pm, 10 July 2017 |
Applications for an emergency proxy vote | 5pm, 18 July 2017 |
The main issue of postal votes will commence around 5 July 2017.
