Changes to permitted development rights
Permitted development rights for planning have now changed. The government have produced a new manual to building regulations.
Building regulation consent is still required for a range of projects.

Building control fees
Building Control will be increasing its standard fees and charges for all domestic and non-domestic works with effect from 1 April 2023.
