  1. Introduction
    1. This exemption relates to an unoccupied dwelling which was previously the sole or main residence of a person who is the sole owner or sole tenant of the dwelling, who has been detained in prison, hospital or other place of detention. An exemption will not be awarded where the person has been imprisoned for non-payment of fines or Council Tax.
    2. Chichester District Council's revenues department manages personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2016 and is a public authority as defined within those regulations.
