All objections must be received by the Licensing Section no later than 5.00 pm on 28 April 2016. If no objections are received, or if any objections made are withdrawn, the proposed new fee structure will come into effect on 1 May 2016. If any objections are made and not withdrawn the Council will set a further date, not later than two months after 1 May 2016, when the new fees will come into effect, with or without modification as decided by the Council after consideration of the objections.

In accordance with Section 70(3) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976, a copy of this Notice shall, for a period of 28 days from the date of this publication, be deposited at the address given above, and be open to public inspection on any weekday during normal office hours.
