Plain English Campaign
We are committed to using plain English in all our communications - letters, emails, leaflets, newsletters, magazines and web pages. This means we try to write in a clear and effective way, being direct and friendly. We aim to keep sentences short, and remove or explain jargon.
We have achieved Crystal Mark accreditation for the whole of our website. This is the Plain English Campaign's 'seal of approval'.
