View licence and permit applications (Public Access)

'Public Access' provides easy access to view details and documents relating to current and granted applications for a variety of licences, permits and other authorisations. We endeavour to enter details of all valid applications within 2 working days.

When searching for a particular case, the easiest way is to search using the unique application reference number that is created for each case. However, you can also search by address, application type, status, entering a date range or by browsing using the map facility.

View Licence and Permit Applications

With regard to some Licensing Act 2003 applications, it is permissible to submit what is referred to as a formal 'representation'. However, any representation must relate to one or more of the four licensing objectives (i.e. the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and protection of children from harm) where it is believed that these would not be promoted if the application was granted as applied for.
