Planning applicationsThe Public Access system is a simple way of keeping up-to-date with the progress of an application. To submit an application online, please use the Planning Portal. You can send in an application by post by filling in the appropriate form (see Make an Application). If you are viewing a planning application through Public Access, please read the "Public Access User Guide" to help you through the process. If you would like to make a comment, it is important that you read the "Advice" notes before doing so. Note: planning applications for properties / land within the South Down National Park Authority (SDNPA) Valid planning applications (From the 1 April 2012), which fall within the South Downs National Park are only available to view on the SDNP Authority website, found under Offsite links. The SDNPA website also includes details on how to view these planning applications. Copyright Warning
