Introduction

It's now even easier for you to access services after our parking services office moved into the council's headquarters on Monday 17 October. A new online facility has also been launched.

The parking services office is now available in the reception area of the council's offices at East Pallant House, Chichester.

You can also now apply and renew your season tickets and parking permits on the parking section of our website.

"By moving the parking services office into East Pallant House, we can help residents and businesses save time by accessing even more services under one roof," says Cllr John Connor, Cabinet Member for the Environment and Community Safety.

Parking services include:

  • season tickets;
  • residents' and visitors' permits;
  • parking smart cards; and,
  • parking information.

The council's preferred methods of payment are Visa, Delta, Matercard, Maestro and Visa Electron.

As well as accessing all parking services, you can now also renew season tickets and parking permits on a new website.

Season tickets are available for the council's car parks in Chichester, Midhurst, Petworth and Selsey. They can now be renewed on a rolling monthly basis, from one to 12 months.

"We know that time is precious, which is why we are constantly developing our website so that our services are available for you to access online at your convenience. We are really pleased to announce that you can now renew your season ticket or parking permit online. You can access this service 24 hours a day, and save yourself a journey, phone call, or the need to send a letter," adds Cllr Connor.
