A History of Chichester's markets and food

This years Chichester Local Food Fare, took on a historical theme and visitors were able to discover what the Chichester residents of days gone by were eating.  Residents of Chichester have been purchasing food from markets since the 9^th Century. Over the years, the markets expanded with live animal markets and corn markets being introduced.
