Job application form

If you would like to apply for any of our job vacancies, please look at the details of the job, fill in the application form and email it to us. Alternatively, you can print the application form, fill it in and post it to us. Please contact us if you are having difficulty viewing the job details or printing the form so we can send them to you in the post.

The forms must arrive by no later than 5pm on the closing date shown on the job vacancy. We use these forms to make a fair comparison between candidates on an equal basis.

At the end of the application form, you will find a Recruitment Monitoring form. We ask that you also fill this in and send it to us. The form is confidential for monitoring purposes only. It is removed from the rest of your application form once received.

It helps us to make sure our policies are applied effectively. The information you have provided will be handled and processed in line with the Data Protection Act 1998. If you are appointed, the information will form part of your personnel record. It may be used by the council for business purposes, including the prevention and detection of fraud.
